Randy

you are right, I am very lucky.
Tonight I tasted a wine that I had opened on Saturday, June 27th and as of tonight, was still drinking very well. It is another completely natural wine called the Cuvée Raoul from Domaine Le Mazel in Southern Rhône. 70% Grenache, 30% Syrah. Almost 60 days of skin maceration and maturation in plastic. No fining nor filtration. No added sulfur. The wine is very much alive!
