Vinosseur is the company name of sommelier Joseph R. Di Blasi. Vinosseur.com is his web page where he writes about wine, food, restaurants and other gastronomic experiences.
Joseph has a special place in his heart for quality wines from the old world, especially France, Germany & Italy with a strong focus on Organic, Biodynamic and Natural wines.

Had this the other night, damn unreal wine! Real wine, love that about it! So interesting, a hint of smokiness and ash. Gotta order more for sure!! Any other producers doing “all natural” that we should know about??

Yes by the way. Sorry about the late response. Try Domaine Le Mazel Cuvée Raoul from the Southern Rhône.. All natural. No sulfur added at all during wine making. Wild yeasts. No filtration.. Organic…all the above!
