I believe the fish is from the sould family, it could be very well called a dab. I don&#039;t know for sure.
The capers are excellent in my opion.  They are Capperi al Sale Caravaglio.  The producer is Salina Natura, so they come from the island of Salina.  They are organic. Imported into Norway by an importer of natural wines.
