Thanks for your comment. As far as I know, Clos Roche Blanche uses CO2 at time of bottling rather than sulfur. However,  they use a modest amount of sulfur during racking the wine.
So, although the free SO2 is probably not detectable, It didn&#039;t qualify as my definition of a wine made without sulfur. I know I am being a bit strict here :-)
This is all based on the information I received from CRB via the importer. You know as well as I do however, that the consumer doesn&#039;t always know exactly what happens during wine making other than what we are told.

By the way, I really do love the wines of Clos Roche Blanche!]]></description>
